Full Service Architectural Design. We take a project from conception to completion. Project types include: relocatable buildings, parking, roofing, HVAC, shade structures, modernizations, interior and exterior enhancements, new buildings, additions and complete campuses.
Studies and Reports. We have experience completing facility master plans, building assessments, feasibility and concept studies, grade-level configuration changes, and other related studies.
Program Management. We can assist in the overall planning and execute of a district’s facility construction program through budget and schedule planning.
Project Oversight. We can be an extension of district staff and provide oversight for project design and construction to assure program goals are met and budgets accomplished.
Agency Interface. We have over 35 years of experience working with DSA, OPSC, CDE, CGS and other State agencies. We understand physical emergency hardship funding and work to maximize State contributions to your projects.
